These do not contribute to any system's grade. A screening antigen or a urinalysis strip does not describe the state of an organ the way a lipid panel does, and pretending otherwise would make the twin move for the wrong reason. The gap is written into the code, not hidden by it.

What is a marker?
A marker is one measurement on a lab report. Cholesterol is a marker. So is the haemoglobin in your red cells, and the enzyme your liver releases when it is under strain. On its own each one is a number with a unit beside it and, if you are lucky, a reference range printed in small type.
What a number cannot tell you is what it is, why anyone ordered it, and what it changes about the next twelve months of your life. That is the part hospitals rarely have time to write down, and it is the part patients go elsewhere to find. So a result that cost your hospital real money to produce ends up being explained by a stranger.
We write the explanation instead, in the hospital's own app, for the markers above. Then the seven systems are computed from the results already in your record — no new test — and a clinician at your hospital reviews what that adds up to and signs a plan.
