Why we built this
Prevention before cure.
A private hospital in Dubai draws the blood, runs the panel, and files the report. Then the relationship stops. The result lands in a portal as a PDF, the abnormal marker goes unexplained, and the follow-up that the result quietly argues for is never booked. A call centre rings a few weeks later and reaches someone who has already moved on.
The demand does not disappear when the hospital stops answering. It moves. Consumer health apps are actively monetising the appetite that hospital labs create — writing, in plain words, the explanation of results the hospital produced and did not explain. The test was the hospital's. The relationship went somewhere else.
Hospital software here has not closed that gap. Booking and records, at best. Nothing that reads the whole patient, nothing that turns a result into something a person can act on, and nothing that can prove afterwards which returns it caused. So we built that: a hospital-branded app for the patient, a portal for the clinicians, and a ledger underneath both of them that makes the claim checkable.
We are careful about what we are not. We do not run a lab. We do not diagnose. We do not employ your doctors or speak for them. Everything clinical that reaches a patient has a clinician at their own hospital behind it.
The hospital sells the test, we explain it
A hospital already runs the test and already owns the result. What it does not do is explain it. A PDF in a portal is a document, not an answer — so the patient goes looking for one somewhere else, and the relationship leaks away to whoever is willing to write in plain words.
A doctor signs every plan
Software can draft. It cannot carry clinical responsibility. So the rules engine and the assistant prepare the work, and a clinician in the hospital's own team edits it and signs it. Nothing unsigned reaches a patient, and the assistant is fenced off from diagnosis and medication changes by a guardrail layer that writes an audit row every time it speaks.
Every return is counted
A retention product that cannot prove a return is a story. Every action in the loop writes to an append-only ledger in the same transaction as the thing it describes, the portal funnel is only a projection of that ledger, and the export reproduces it row for row. If we cannot show you the row, we do not claim the visit.
