What this site stores.
This page is about afiyahwiqaya.com, the marketing site. It is not the patient app and it never handles patient data.
The pilot form
The form on this site is the only thing that writes anything down. When you submit it we store the name, hospital, role, work email and message you typed, together with the time you sent it and a one-way hash of your IP address.
The hash exists only to rate-limit submissions from one place; it cannot be turned back into an address. We use what you send to reply to you about a pilot. We do not sell it, we do not add you to a mailing list, and no email is sent from this site because it has no mail provider attached.
What we do not do
- No analytics. No page-view tracking, no session recording, no heatmaps.
- No advertising or marketing pixels, and no third-party trackers of any kind.
- No cookies for tracking. The site does not set an advertising or analytics cookie, so there is no consent banner to click away.
- No third-party scripts other than the web fonts the pages are set in.
- No patient data. Nothing clinical is ever entered on, or displayed by, this site.
Where it is stored
Submissions are written to a small database attached to the site itself. The product is a separate system: patient data stores and model inference for the hospital platform stay in the UAE region, or under an approved data agreement, and clinical records there are append-only.
The screenshots on this site are captures of our own software running on synthetic demo data. No real patient, hospital or clinician appears anywhere on these pages, and the photographs are generated images, not photographs of our staff or customers.
Getting your submission removed
Reply to the thread we start with you, or write to us from the address you submitted, and we will delete the row. There is nothing else of yours to delete.
Changes
If what this site collects ever changes, this page changes with it before the change ships.
